We’re an independent, family-owned garden centre looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our crew. This is a hands-on, active role in a lively retail environment where no two days are the same, and where teamwork really matters.

​

This position is intentionally flexible. Depending on your strengths, experience and interests, your role may lean more toward customer service, plant care, outdoor yard work, or a blend of everything.

What You’ll Do (varies by day & skillset):

​​​

• Help customers choose and purchase the right plants and garden products for their spaces

• Care for plants (watering, pruning, fertilizing, tidying)

• Provide friendly customer service, including operating the till and processing sales

• Receive, price, and merchandise plant material and garden products

• Assist with loading soil, stone, and larger items as needed

• Help keep inventory organized and flag low stock

• Maintain a clean, welcoming greenhouse, shop, and yard

• Pitch in where needed; we work as a true team

Details:

​

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Seasonal to start, with the possibility of extension based on fit and business needs

• Onboarding begins in February (exact start date TBD)

• Pay range: $18-23/hour, depending on experience

• This role requires general availability, including weekends, with schedules built around business needs and seasonal demand
